We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you requested (buying, selling, home valuations, or agent coaching); to contact you by phone, email, and text message (SMS) regarding your inquiry, appointments, and related updates; and to improve our services and communications.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all visitors and clients, regardless of state of residence, including California residents.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our real estate brokerage, REAL Broker, LLC, transaction coordinators, or our CRM provider) solely to help us deliver the services you requested. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
Terms and Conditions — SMS / Text Messaging
We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP.” After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
